Dr. Ferlito has been very kind and gentle. The entire office is welcoming and prompt.
Dr. B met with my 8 year old daughter and I today. He has a warm, genuine approach to care and treated her as a participant in the discussions. He and his staff went above and beyond to welcome her to the practice and make her feel comfortable and confident with her treatment and plan. The marketing tools and approach are very engaging and got her excited for her next return.
