Everyone in the office made me feel comfortable for my first visit. They explained everything to my mom and me and I look forward to getting my braces
When you walk in you are immediately welcomed by a sign that says welcome our newest members and congratulating patients who are competing their orthodontic journey. The friendly check-in ladies and offer coffee, cookies, nice, etc. There are games for the kids to play while they wait and tvs with movies. Every staff member I had an interaction with was so friendly and you could truly tell they loved their job, so much that I would love for myself to be a part of their group! especially the first team member we saw who took all the pictures. She was so kind and great with my anxious daughter. Our treatment coordinator was super helpful and Dr Ferlito was very personable. My other daughter sees Dr. Badalamenti, as did I when I was younger. I will always recommend anyone I talk to come to this office. Amazing place to be!
